Own brand hygiene paper and cleaning chemicals
Millgate runs own brand programs for janitorial, medical and catering distributors. Paper runs at one mill, chemicals at a second plant, and both travel in the same container under one purchase order.
What we make
Every line is quoted against your specification. The formats below are the ranges we quote in and the exact spec is fixed at quotation. Send what you buy against today, or a photograph of the case sitting in your warehouse.
Conventional rolls through to jumbo and mini jumbo, run to your sheet count, ply and core.
Folded towel and centre pull roll for washrooms and production floors.
Bed and couch roll for clinics and treatment rooms, to the width and perforation you specify.
Catering napkin and boxed facial tissue for hospitality and contract catering.
Washing up liquid, laundry detergent and surface and floor cleaner, filled to your pack size.
Liquid hand wash and bulk refill formats, filled to the pack size you specify.
One container
A chemical plant will not quote you paper either. Most distributors carry that as two supply chains for one own brand range: two specifications, two purchase orders and two arrivals to plan around.
Millgate sits across both. Paper runs at one mill, chemicals at a second plant, and the two are consolidated into the same container before it leaves. One order, one set of documents.

How the program runs
Send the spec you buy against, or a photograph of the case you take delivery of today. Either is enough to start.
Priced off the spec, FOB, direct from the mill floor. Where a line is made to order we ask for your target instead of guessing at it.
Produced on the line that will run the order, against the specification you approve.
Run to your specification, case count and pallet configuration, scheduled against a confirmed order.
Paper and chemical consolidated, one set of export documents, one invoice from our US company.
Why distributors move
Changing supplier comes down to the landed cost, to who answers once the order is placed, and to whether the paperwork creates a second problem. The first one is where most of the argument sits.
There is no national brand marketing cost in the line and no distributor margin between the mill floor and your warehouse. That is where the difference comes from. Where a line is made to order we ask for your target and build the quotation to it.
Production sits in Europe. Goods of Chinese origin arriving in the United States carry Section 301 duty on top of the base rate. Ours do not carry Section 301. What that is worth on a given line depends on the tariff code, so ask us to quote against yours.
The specification and everything after the order sit with one person, not a factory inbox. When a case count changes or a vessel slips, you know who to write to.
You are invoiced by a US company and wire to a US bank. The goods still ship from the mill. Only the paperwork on your side changes.
Start with two SKUs
Pick the two lines you reorder most often and send us what they are. A photograph of the case works as well as a specification sheet. You will get a quotation against it.
